When is the moment you were most touched by fans?

I think it would be during concert when fans did a surprise slogan event. I can’t express it with words but it gave me a lot of energy. The fans were preparing to lift the slogan at the promised timing, I felt like I was an audience. That heart (intention) was really pretty. And because of that, I was very touched.

Is there any episode that happened recently in the dorm?

Our dorm isn’t noisy every day. Everyone has their own schedule so there are a lot of times all 5 members aren’t around in the dorm. Not long ago, someone was watching a movie through VOD and every started to gather one by one and we watched overnight. It felt good because it has been a while since everyone gathered to watch a movie together.

It was a really busy year, how was 2015?

I felt that 2015 was a very happy one. We received a lot of generous love and we were able to experience a lot of various things and for that I am thankful. We should have given more gifts through activities and albums of various music, and go to various countries that to meet the fans who are far away, but we can’t go that and it’s a pity. However, I’m satisfied that a lot of love and effort were put into making Sweet girl, and I am happy because the fans like it. I would like to make awesome music for the fans while researching and having fun. Also, this is a year where we learnt that if we are happy and work hard for the work we do, people around us will also become happy. We will do well as the year is coming to an end and would like to visit more countries to meet fans from overseas and make good memories. We would like to provide a more mature music. A happy childhood memory that is associated to “Happy Days”?
- When I was a child… Erm… When I was younger, I acted in a play, my parents came to watch me and after it ended, I received praises like “well done” and “it’s been hard on you”. I feel happy receiving praises after working hard. Even though it was in elementary school, but I can’t remember what I acted as… (laughs)

When winter comes, what is the music you want to listen to, the food you want to eat?
- When it comes it winter, it is of course Mariah Carey! After Christmas it would be our music (laughs). The food that I want to eat would be roasted sweet potato.

If you were to describe your members?
- Sandeul would be Christmas socks. (Sandeul: So that everyone could wear and step on me? (laughs)) Shinwoo would be a Christmas tree. Jinyoung would be a music box. Gongchan would be a sledge. I said everything with the image I have in mind (laughs).

Is there anything that you must do when new year comes?
- Come to think about it, there isn’t anything like that. There isn’t anything special that I would do. Also, if schedule allows, I think I would gather with the members, old friends and countdown. There isn’t a thing that I would do on my own.

A winter date with Bana! Where and what would you like to do?
- I want to go Hawaii Waikiki. Since winter is cold, I would like to go to somewhere warm to spend the time. Playing beach ball while wearing swim wear, playing games, if we are hungry, we would eat delicious food. Drinking cocktail nearby, since food made with prawns are famous there, garlic shrimp would be nice!

Acting and even variety, you were getting attention in every field. A production or film that you would like to act in in 2015?
- Last year, it was fun to be able to try out various kinds of variety especially. When I did a show on introducing the grandma and grandpa in the countryside a robot, it was a fresh concept, even though it was a pity that I had to draw out halfway due to the world tour. If I were to do another show, I would want to go youths over flower once again. Last time I did it with the members of “Reply 1994”, but this time round I would like to go with B1A4’s members. The destination doesn’t matter but it would be nice to go somewhere we have not been to.

GROUP & INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES - A year where they learn and sharpen each other

In the year 2015, B1A4 held their second world tour and did an outdoor venue concert, as well as actively did your individual activities. How did the members see each others’ growth? -  How do you feel after seeing the members’ individual activities?
JY: I feel proud of the members who did the activities bearing the name of B1A4. It made me feel that I should work with more responsibility, their hard work encourages me.

SD: In the past, when we leave for our individual activities, we will be very worried. But now, we will observe, believing that they will be able to excel.

GC: I have always been at the side watching how Jinyoung worked hard and  prepar for his drama or movie. Every time after watching the show, I feel that he is very cool, and is very impressed by him. This time as I try to take up a challenge in acting, I once again felt how impressive he is.

When it comes to acting, did Jinyoung gave you any advice?
GC: When the show aired, Jinyoung kakao-ed me. He told me “I have watched the show, you have put in hard work.” I was very happy.

JY: Compared to opinions, I feel that there is nothing more important than being able to blend into the acting scene. At my level, I am not suitable to tell him to do this and that, so I told him about my own feelings and thoughts. Since I have experience of filming in Jeju Island, so I told him about my experiences that time.

BR: Even when we are not together, we will also communicate with each other like that through kakao. If we have individual schedules, we will send messages like “All the best” or “I have watched your show” in the group chat. When something happens, we will send something like “Something like this happened…” as a start to inform everyone. When we say things out, we feel better isn’t it? Always thankful that there are people listening to what I have to say.

CNU: The members will show their feelings out directly without withholding. When he is angry, he is angry. When he is happy, he is happy. There is no hiding and we will say it out.

BR: That’s right. Even though most of the time its just some nonsense. Like sending pictures of funny faces (laughs)

CNU: Right, we will do these kind of stuffs. (Laughs) We will also prepare award for the funny face competition. When we are busy, to us, to be able to have a platform to find laughter, it is very therapeutic.

How nice would it be to travel overseas with everyone this year!

You started your tour in the month of January, what kind of burdens do you have for 2016?
JY: Firstly, we are very excited to meet the BANAs in Japan. We would want to have a concert that makes everyone who came not regret a thing.

BR: It will be different from the tour that we did last year end. We will sing the song that was in newly released single, we will also have special performance and set list that is only for Japan, we are very excited.

GC: We are very excited to see BANAs. I wish that BANAs and the members will take good care of their health, and that the concert will end successfully. Be it those who has been supporting us all along, or those who are attending for the first time, I hope it would be nice to have them thinking “I want to go for B1A4’s concert again” after the concert ends. If it can become a happy concert, I will also be happy.

This coming April would be B1A4’s 5th year since debut! How would B1A4 wish for 2016 to be?
BR: Last year when we had our individual we had a great outcome, and we also learnt a lot from each other during this time. Talking about that year, it was a simply happy, or can I say proud. Like how we work hard last year, I would be happy if there are better things happening to us this year.

CNU: Even though it is 5 years, but it still feels like the year when we are still a rookie. We would want to sing more song next year, stand on even more stages, continue to release new songs, create more albums. I wish that we will be spending a busier 2016 compared to 2015. If we are able to spread our songs to those who still don’t know B1A4’s charm, I would be very happy,

SD: We also want to do a celebration for our 5th Anniversary!

BR: I want to be able to travel overseas with the members privately!

SD: The members have always talked about this, the five of us has never travelled together before. Even though we have been overseas together for work, we have never had the chance to travel.

BR: But I wish that we could work to the point we do not have any free time, so that is a little hard (laughs). If it is difficult for the five of us to go together, then even if it is with just another member, we could go together. I would like to go to somewhere overseas and far, with only us.

The member who has grown the most in 2015?
CNU: I guess that would be Gongchan. MC, drama, varierty. He challenged a lot of fields, it was a year of breakthrough.

BR: I also think it is Gongchan. The reason is the same as CNU hyung. (laughs)

GC: Honestly speaking, how was my acting? (laughs)

JY: It was better than expected, so we were surprised! Actually, because it is the first time taking up acting, I was a little worried. But to be able to take on the role of the gentle senior well, we can see that you have put in a lot of hard work, I think it is really great!

SD: I can feel that he is growing bit by bit. Seeing him grow like that makes him very lovable. I will be anticipating more in the future~ (laughs)

What was the best memories in 2015?
JY: Of course it would be the our first outdoor venue concert!

BR: It was the happiest live that we have ever did, it felt really awesome.

SD: Me too! It will go into my life’s top 10 best memories. The sight that we saw on the stage was really beautiful and touching. I felt really blessed.

GC: Mine would be world tour. We went to countries that we didn’t get to go last year and saw fans we didn’t get to see, so I was happy. I am touched to know that even in faraway places, we have people who are supporting us.

SD: Thinking back, it is really blissful. Thanks to BANAs, we have very happy activities.

CNU: It was a 1 year and 2 months wait, we ourselves were very excited and wishes to quickly do some activities.
