Q: What have you been up to?

A: I was busy having fun attending the school that I have been missing out on previously. It's been a while since I attend school and there are a lot of things to do. In my spare time I am also writing songs for B1A4's album.

Q: I want to listen to CNU's "eating alone" stories. What is the food you enjoy the most?

A: I like healthy food so I eat them often. Actually, I used to eat braised spicy chicken or ddeokbokki frequently, but now I am managing my body so I make an eat healthy food. (Q: If you were to introduce one of it to us?) Fried vegetable and beef which is simple and not greasy. You must put in crunchy vegetables like cabbage or bean sprouts into chicken breast meat. The texture is good. Over here, add spring onions and garlic generously, add a little of grounded pepper would be good. It is very important thing to choose the meat. Rather than the fatty part, for beef, choose the tenderloin and for pork, choose the neck. Also, not breaking the meat, after you cook it well, grate it and it is completed.

Q: This doesn't seems like a normal set of skills. Please let us know if you have other good ideas.

A: For protein intake, I often eat eggs. Occasionally, when I get bored of eating boiled stuffs, I fry egg without putting oil. (Q: Wouldn't it stick to the pan? Is is even possible to fry without oil?) After letting it cook a little, add water and it won't stick.

Q: Wa! It surprises me. 

A: Now that you know, Shinwoo is a "sexy guy who knows how to cook". Haha! It's not like that. It's just that I like cooking on normal days.

Q: You got this slim because you ate healthy food? You got even slimmer than when B1A4 had your full group shooting together, you got cooler. 

A: Ah. Thank you. Actually I  realized I have been neglecting my body for a while, so I made up my mind to diet. I control my food intake and exercise at the same time. 

Q: When do you usually do you stuffs? 

A: I am a night owl so I tend to do work at night. During the day time, the surroundings are noisy so it is hard to concentrate, I write songs at night and now it has become a habit.

Q: What do you mostly do when you are alone?

A: This is my worry nowadays. I don't usually have a hobby. In the past, I wanted to be a singer so I want to sing and dance, standing on the stage is fun. Now that it has become a job, it feels a little like I have lost my habits? It feels like I'm in a dilemma. (I know how you feel. But at times like that, the only solution is to find joy in the work.) Yea, that is right. That is why I am working hard in making music, singing, dancing, and shooting for pictorials and making fun out of it.

Q: If there is a talent that you want to take from you member? The last time, Jinyoung said he want's Gongchan's look.

A: Jinyoung is also as good looking. (That was what I said too.) However, we cannot deny Jinyoung's words. There are times that people look gloomy or not good when they are not feeling good. But Channie is good looking no matter when. (Doesn't feels like a human) That is right. The one that I wish to have is Sandeul's sociability. Sandeul has the charm to make everyone feel comfortable. On that part, I wish to be more like him.

Q: If you were to recall B1A4's image?

A: It's like a moon face. (Q: What does it means?) The moon that we see may be bright but it also has a dark side. I think we are like that too isn't it? Even though it is not possible to always have a bright day, but we want to be remembered as a team that always give off a bright hope.

Q: What is the song that you must sing 10 years later in a concert?

A: Beautiful Target. This song played a great part in making B1A4's presence known. Maybe because of that, just thinking about it makes me overwhelmed with emotions.

Q: Today's B1A4's 2000th day isn't it? However, B1A4 still seems to be at its prime.

A: It was a happy thing. There is nothing more encouraging than words that says we are a group that is worth anticipating.

Q: Would you like to say a word to your members taking into thought that today is your debut 2000th day?

A: (To Jinyoung) Even though I don't say things out one by one, you know my heart right? Be it in the past of now, thank you very much for being such a reliable leader. Also, I feel the loneliest when we have schedules without you. (To Baro and Sandeul) Thank you for doing better than expected in your own areas! (To Gongchan) I got reminded of my image trying hard to adapt to an unfamiliar place when we first debut. To be the youngest in B1A4 despite being the oldest at home, it is not easy. However, you are a younger brother who has more personality than your hyungs.
